Modern times... So annoying

Well i seem to be in a bind sort of... Seems ive been in an automatic rebilling of my premium now and ill be billed for another 3 months. Not sure how this happened but there it is. 

I can cancel it but then i forgot my password (which is a new one) for this place and and ive tried to recover it or change it but i also changed email accounts and now thats where the problem lies. Freaking microsoft wont let me in unless i get this code which is sent to my phone. Easy right? Sure... if i only had a phone! Apparently microsoft assumes that everyone owns a phone by now... And that being one who doesnt own a phone in my pocket im not allowed into my own account so i can do some important things.


so heres what im left with, allow rebilling and pay something of $15 every 3 months or something or borrow a phone and perform a rather annoying process to do a simple fixing... Maybe i should stab myself in the foot with a spork as well.
